This document defines the usage rules, commercial policy, privacy policy, and refund policy of Helix.GG.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using our products and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Using our services means you agree to the sections related to licenses, risks, privacy, and refund policy.

Acceptance & eligibility

These terms apply to any visit, purchase, download, or use of Helix.GG.

By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. You confirm that you are of legal age, or that you have the required legal authorization in your country.

You are responsible for checking the legality of using our products in your jurisdiction, as well as their compatibility with the relevant games, platforms, software, or environments.

Products, license & permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, our products are provided as a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Access is intended for individual use only.

  • Reselling, sharing keys, lending, transferring, or making access available to a third party without written authorization from Helix.GG is strictly prohibited.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, bypassing, or removing security measures is strictly prohibited.
  • Any attempt to crack, duplicate, generate keys, bypass protection, or obtain unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
  • Any fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant use of a product may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

Risks, sanctions & liability

Certain games, platforms, publishers, or third-party services may apply sanctions such as bans, restrictions, wipes, suspensions, or loss of access.

You use our products at your own risk. Publishers may change their rules, anti-cheat systems, or terms of service at any time without notice.

Helix.GG is not responsible for sanctions, suspensions, account loss, progression loss, item loss, virtual currency loss, or any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use, misuse, or non-compliant use of our products.

You are solely responsible for any actions performed with our products, including configuration, usage, sharing, in-game behavior, or any attempt to bypass applicable rules.

Delivery & access

Most products are delivered instantly after payment. Some products may display a specific delivery time: the product page is the official reference.

Delivery times may vary due to anti-fraud checks, maintenance, high demand, technical issues, or supplier limitations. We always do our best to restore access as quickly as possible.

Support & resolution

Even when sales are final, we remain committed to providing serious support. In case of a bug, installation issue, delivery issue, or access problem, our team will do its best to provide a viable solution.

  • Installation and setup assistance.
  • Diagnosis of major technical issues.
  • Fixes, updates, and security information depending on the product.
  • Access restoration in case of platform bugs or delivery errors.

Duration, lifetime access & availability

The term “lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of your account, your machine, or a game.

“Lifetime” means: as long as the product exists, is maintained, and remains technically usable. Games, platforms, and protection systems evolve; a product may be modified, replaced, or discontinued if maintenance becomes impossible.

Helix.GG may perform updates, maintenance periods, or feature changes to ensure stability, compatibility, and security.

Payments, fraud & chargebacks

Any attempt at fraud, use of unauthorized payment methods, or abusive payment dispute / chargeback may result in immediate suspension of access.

In the event of an unjustified chargeback after a product has been delivered or used, we may provide proof of delivery or access to our payment providers and permanently ban the affected account.

Privacy policy

We only collect the minimum information required to process orders, secure the platform, and assist you through support.

  • Account / order: email address, order identifiers, and purchase history.
  • Payment: handled by our payment providers. We do not store your card numbers.
  • Technical & security: IP address, browser information, anti-fraud logs, and security logs.
  • Support: the content of your messages and any attachments you send.

This data is used to provide, deliver, and manage product access, prevent fraud, secure the platform, respond to support requests, improve service quality, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share certain data with service providers strictly necessary for the service, such as payment, anti-fraud, hosting, or support providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, as well as object to certain types of processing.

Refunds & final sales

Since most of our products are digital and are often delivered quickly or instantly, sales are generally final.

Once payment is confirmed and/or access has been delivered, purchases are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable, including activation keys, digital access, subscriptions, licenses, and downloads.

Before any possible exception is considered, we always prioritize resolution: installation help, access verification, fixes, or technical assistance.

  • An exception may be reviewed if the product was not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • An exception may be reviewed in the case of a clearly confirmed duplicate order.
  • An exception may be reviewed if a technical error on our side is clearly proven.

Any unauthorized resale, sharing, cracking, duplication, bypassing, or abusive use cancels any eligibility for a refund.
